Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

for better co-regulation

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is dynamically filtered music that impacts the nervous system to convey cues of safety. It is designed to help regulation, promote feelings of safety, and reduce sound sensitivities. The SSP acts as a non-invasive, acoustic vagal nerve stimulator, essentially applying what we know about Polyvagal Theory.

NEW!! Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP)

for self regulation

The Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) is a brand new listening therapy designed to support healing, restoration, and balance. The technology behind RRP, known as Sonocea™ Technology, signals the nervous system to support self-regulating functions. Similar to practicing breathing techniques that promote relaxation, RRP uses music to deliver these signals passively. This allows the brain stem to facilitate the body’s self-regulation, helping to balance digestive rhythms, heart rate, and nervous system activity, thereby optimizing interoception and enhancing overall homeostasis.
